Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Picks

The Annual Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has kicked off this month. The sale is currently available to cardholders now through August 19th and will open to the public on August 19th through August 30th. What makes this sale different than others is that NEW merchandise is on sale as it hits the stores. It’s an opportunity to stock up on items that you know you will use throughout the season. I always find a few closet staples that I know I will wear throughout the year. I curated a few of my favorite finds that I thought I could share with you. Shortly, I will post a few of my favorite outerwear finds from the sale too. As I mentioned, its a great time to stock up and save on items you know you will use.

Cashmere Crew Neck Sweater – Sizes XS-XXL Sale Price $57.90 A classic sweater that will take you from the fall to winter season. Layer under a blazer or pair with your leather leggings for an upscale casual look. The sweater comes in a variety of colors as well including a vibrant blue and a pretty pink color

Spanx Leather Leggings Sizes XS-XL $64.90 – I have previously written about my love for these leggings (read the post here) and the sale price is the best price you will find on these. I find them very smoothing and flattering as they hold you in in all the right places. Another pair that my daughter recommends is this brand (also on sale) they provide the same leather look and are smoothing.

Black Exec Blazer Sizes 0-26W on Sale $169.90 – An oversized blazer is a style staple. Wear with the cashmere sweater and leather leggings for a go to outfit this next season. Style hint- pair with one of the boots I have listed below.

Zella Joggers Sizes XS-XXL $38.90– I would style these comfortable joggers with a casual graphic t-shirt and layer with a jean jacket for an easy daytime look.

True & Co Racerback Bra $33.90 Sizes XS-XL– Another favorite of mine. This bra is comfortable enough to wear all day long.

Ugg Slippers $59.90 Another warm and cozy treat for yourself. They also make a great gift if you wanted to plan ahead.

Glitter High Topped Sneakers – These sneakers are a bit of splurge but I wanted to include them in the list. I think that a comfortable and cool pair of sneakers can make any outfit pop. You can dress this up with a midi skirt and graphic t-shirt for a fun date night outfit. Or, dress down with leggings and a long tunic.

Blondo Black Quilted Booties $99 Blondo is one of my go to brands for boots. I shared a few other favorite comfortable shoe brands here. This stylish find is waterproof but also very chic.

Black Studded Booties $94.90 A fun stylish boot that just so happens to be a designer dupe to this Gucci boot for a fraction of the price.

Pointed Toe Booties $129. A sleek find that is available in a variety of colors. The taupe and snakeprint caught my eye.
