SkinStore.com is an online retail store offering premium beauty brands for skincare, makeup, body, and hair care. I was first introduced to shopping at SkinStore many years ago after I read The Skin Type Solution, by Dr. Leslie Baumann. I find this book interesting and helpful because it aids in determining the best beauty regime for your skin type by taking a simple test. After completion, Dr. Baumann offers a daily regime designed for your skin type’s individual care. She also lists specific product recommendations in three different price ranges. At the time, many of the products Dr. Baumann recommended were not available in drugstores or department stores, and instead could only be found in dermatologist’s offices and spas.

Enter SkinStore.com. Skinstore was one of the first online stores to offer dermatologist-created and recommended products worldwide. I find that I can save on my purchases at SkinStore, especially when I use their promo codes. I save on most everything I need, even beauty tools. I also find their customer service to comply with my concerns and returns are never an issue.

It’s easy to navigate the site because you can look up products by brand name or product type. They even have a category to explain why and how certain products work under tips and advice. I may be a tiny bit more obsessed with skincare than most women. However, I feel that it is important to make sure the products I’m using are right for me. I’m also a bit frugal and I don’t like to spend unnecessarily, and that is where using a discount code can be helpful.
