Why does a little fabric cause so much anxiety? Do you want to enjoy the sunshine and the option of a refreshing dip in the pool without worrying about what you are exposing? I never really enjoy shopping for swimsuits because it can make me uncomfortable. Coverage in the right places is very important to me. My husband also feels the same, lol… he is a good man because when something is exposed that shouldn’t be, he lets me know. I am long waisted and need to be cautious when wearing one-piece suits because they often ride up in the back. Often times, I would remove my coverup at the very last minute before jumping in the water. Now that I live in Florida, I found that having a great fitting swimsuit is a must. With that, I rounded up a few swimsuits under $150 that caught my eye.
Luckily, now is a great time to shop for swimsuits because swimwear brands understand and have become more aware of what women need and want. There are so many choices. We no longer have a reason to get ourselves worked up when shopping for a bathing suit. It’s not just about looking good in a bathing suit it’s about feeling good. Yes, I said feeling good! You can be confident in a bathing suit if you find the right style and fit.

I really like the selection and styling options from Summersalt swim. Available in sizes 0-24 they offer a wide variety of cuts and styles to choose from. You can select A-C coverage options as well as your cup support. Plus, their shipping and returns are very easy. I’m a size 2 in dresses but wear a size 10 in one-piece bathing suits. At Summersalt, you can purchase 2 sizes of a swimsuit and easily keep one and return the other.
I can’t and will not spend a fortune on a bathing suit. It’s not worth the money to me. My bathing suits get a lot of wear. I sit on concrete alongside the pool which causes snags. First of all, you look great in that bathing suit. I love the ruching on it and style. I am the same, I am long waisted and tall, so things can ride up! I too , have enough suits to last awhile and don’t spend a ton on one. There are so many great styles now!

I have a hard time with swimsuits because I need extra firmness around the legs.
My tushy is mushy and needs to be held in.
Loose elastic around the legs is a serious NO in my book!
